Return, Exchange, Back Order & Sur-Mesure Policies

Return & Exchange Policy:

At DAVIDOR.com we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you receive your order and are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or store credit within 14 days of your original purchase.  Please note that the sales receipt and original packaging must be returned at the time of the exchange.  Additionally, the items must be returned to DAVIDOR in their original, unworn, undamaged, unaltered condition.  Exchanges and store credits will not be permitted after 14 days.  DAVIDOR.com does not offer any refunds on returned items and only permits exchanges or store credit which is valid for 12 months from the time of your initial purchase.

You can exchange your item by contacting DAVIDOR Customer Service by phone or email or in any DAVIDOR Boutique location (excluding shop-in-shop locations).

Please be aware that any items that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted for exchange or store credit unless determined defective.  Some exclusions may apply.

Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged.

Back Orders

DAVIDOR.com offers you the ability to order items currently out of stock.  Generally, items that are currently out of stock, but available to order will ship in 6-12 weeks.  After you have placed your order, a DAVIDOR customer service representative will contact you by email or phone with the expected delivery date within two business days of ordering the item. 

Sur-Mesure Orders

DAVIDOR.com offers you the ability to order sur-mesure or “bespoke” pieces via customer care assistance (phone, live chat, email, WhatsApp, SMS etc.). Delivery times vary on sur-mesuee pieces and a DAVIDOR customer service representative will contact you by email or phone with the expected delivery date within two business days of ordering the item.  Note, sur-mesure orders may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned.

Note: DAVIDOR’s above “Return, Exchange, Back Order and Sur-Mesure Policy” are applicable for both purchases at a DAVIDOR Boutique (including remote link purchases and purchases by phone) and online at DAVIDOR.com.
