Orders placed Monday-Thursday after 3:00PM (EST) will be shipped the next business day and delivered the next day after shipping. Orders placed before 3:00PM (EST) on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Delivery on Saturday’s and holidays are not available. Signature is required for all shipments at the time of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy:
At DAVIDOR.com we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you receive your order and are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or store credit within 14 days of your original purchase. Please note that the sales receipt and original packaging must be returned at the time of the exchange. Additionally, the items must be returned to DAVIDOR in their original, unworn, undamaged, unaltered condition. Exchanges and store credits will not be permitted after 14 days. DAVIDOR.com does not offer any refunds on returned items and only permits exchanges or store credit which is valid for 12 months from the time of your initial purchase.
You can exchange your item by contacting DAVIDOR Customer Service by phone or email or in any DAVIDOR Boutique location (excluding shop-in-shop locations).

DAVIDOR.com offers you the ability to order items currently out of stock. Generally, items that are currently out of stock, but available to order will ship in 6-12 weeks.
